LearningFuze is a coding bootcamp that offers full-time and part-time web development and data science bootcamps in-person at their Irvine, California campus and online. Students are taught by experienced instructors who have all held professional engineering careers, and receive support throughout the course, including problem-solving skills, essential workplace and interviewing skills, and mindset training.

In the Web Development bootcamp, students learn full stack front and back end development. The curriculum covers HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, Typescript, PostgreSQL, React, Git/GitHub, Command Line, Node.JS, and Bootstrap. Students will participate in two hackathons and build a final project during the bootcamp.

In the data science bootcamp, students learn data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum covers Python, statistical analysis, unsupervised and supervised ML models, Pandas, SciKit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, natural language processing, Computer Vision, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Big Data Spark, classification and regression.

In the part-time UI/UX design bootcamp, students learn how to translate end-user needs into intuitive design and gain a strong mastery of the tools used by professionals. The curriculum covers user research, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping, paper prototyping, foundations of interaction design, typography, branding, HTML, CSS, and design tools like Figma. Students build a full portfolio of projects completed during the bootcamp.

The web development and data science bootcamps don't require a degree or professional experience, but require that students have a dedication to learning and making a full-time commitment. The full immersion web development and data science programs require 2-week prep classes to be completed before applying to the course, plus formalized 4-week post-curriculum career services programming.

Bootcamp students receive lifetime career services and 1:1 career coaching. After graduation, students are admitted into the alumni network and the included lifetime job-search assistance.

Discounts, scholarships, and student loans are available to qualifying students.

    Real-world, fast-paced environment

LearningFuze is a great place to learn coding and to get a taste of what it's like to work in a web development environment. All the tools and languages they teach students are what companies are currently using. The curriculum changes to keep up with what is relevant. It is a full time commitment like a standard 9-5 job but the effort is well worth it. Not only do they teach you coding, they also teach you how to build your resume and interview skills to help you succeed after the cours...

If you’re looking for a high-quality education in current web development technologies and coding skills, this is the place. LearningFuze functions very similarly to a real-world dev environment and emphasizes the concepts of documentation research and reverse-classroom instruction. The instructors are very caring of their students and excellent sources of knowledge.

    LearningFuze

I came from an industry outside of software engineering, and LearningFuze has provided the necessary skills and support to changing careers. My instructor, Brett, has been outstanding and is readily available to answer questions. The career services team has thoroughly prepared me for interviewing and provided resume/LinkedIn workshops and feedback. Overall the experience has been excellent and has given me the confidence to pursue a new career.

    Can't recommend this place enough!

Recently finished the 14 week full immersion program and it was genuinely an amazing experience! The things we are capable of learning in such a short period of time if you apply yourself and give it your all, it's unbelievable. The program is fairly intense and it'll take a lot of dedication if you truly want to make the most of it, however, it just comes down to how much effort you're willing to put in. That being said, the LearningFuze curriculum system, learning environment, and staf...

    Highly highly recommended!

LearningFuze's curriculum is designed to empower the students to work with current technology, to read documentations, and to design and build projects that we are passionate about.

Apart from the academics, their career services prepared us on technical interviews (white board interviews), 2 mock interviews to discuss soft skills and technical questions, resume review, and LinkedIn help.

Overall, the program is centered around helping their students break into the tech w...

    Amazing Learning Experience

From learning how to set up an HTML skeleton to building a full-stack application that you design and build yourself using React, Node.js, Javascript, and more, the learning that is accomplished within the 14 weeks at LearningFuze is an incredible experience. All of the instructors and staff have been wonderful to work with. They are fully there to help their students, are extremely knowledgeable, and their passion clearly shines through in all that they do. The course is set up to simul...

    Great experience, would recommend!

Overall great experience! I attended the full time full immersion coding bootcamp. The instructors were amazing. Very knowledgeable and knew how to guide without just giving away answers for the "easy way out." LearningFuze also taught me to be more self-sufficient and be able to learn on my own through exploration and documents. It is an intense course because there are only 14 short weeks so you need to be 100% invested and ready to learn in order to succeed.

    Quality Web Development Program

LearningFuze is an accelerated web development program that mimics an agile work environment with instructors as acting senior developers. Technologies taught throughout the program include core HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the PERN (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. I highly recommend this program to those interested in learning web development who have experienced "tutorial hell" during self-study and want to take their skills to the next level. The curriculum builds upon...

    Fantastic Experience!

As I’m nearing the completion of my 14 weeks at LearningFuze, I am amazed at the growth and progress I’ve made in my programming skills. Before this program, I could follow directions in a tutorial but would struggle to apply those skills afterward. Since being part of this program, I can now build a full-stack application and have gained familiarity in many areas, including React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. The program surpassed all of my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful that I ...

    Best learning experience!

Highly recommend the in-person full-stack web dev program! I had no prior experience with coding, so I wanted support and guidance from an accessible instructor and wanted to be in a productive working environment. Although the course emulates a professional working environment (most communication during class time is done via Slack), the camaraderie and rapport I built with classmates and the instructors during breaks helped my morale and momentum through this rigorous program....

    Learning how to Learn

I recently graduated from the 14 week in-person Web Development program at LearningFuze. As a graduate, I feel well prepared to begin my new career as a full-stack web developer. What makes a good developer? It's the ability to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies as needed. Learning how to learn is one of the primary goals for the students at LearningFuze.

The curriculum is broken up into independent exercises. Each exercise begins with reading official documentation s...
