SheCodes
SheCodes is a technical skill training provider for women offering online, hands-on coding workshops and a self-paced Professional Developer Bootcamp. The workshops and bootcamp are flexible and designed to fit around a student’s schedule, moving away from traditional, rigid learning methods. The bootcamp curriculum covers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, OOP, AI, and more. The workshops cover how to effectively communicate with developers, how to become a front end developer, advanced Python skills, and how to break into tech. Students learn through bite-size lessons followed by practical challenges to reinforce their learning. Each week, professional developers review homework assignments. At the end of each workshop, students will build real-life projects like websites and web applications to add to their professional portfolio and impress future employers.
All of SheCodes workshops are beginner-friendly and self-paced. Women of any age are welcome to enroll. There are various packages that students can purchase depending on their coding needs and existing skill level.
At SheCodes, students have access to an online community of 200,000 women technologists. Students who complete the Professional Developer Bootcamp will receive a Verified Diploma upon graduation.

Introduction to Coding
This workshop was absolutely awsome! I had so much fun doing it!🤩 For someone who knew 0 about coding, after 3 weeks of learning, I created my very first landing page! I feel so proud of myself! 😁 The workshop is structured in such a way that you keep motivated until the very end. Slack (chat tool) is a great way to help us not feel "lost" during the workshop and share our doubts and get help whenever needed! Uau! This workshop was such an adventure!
I loved every part of it... There is something really unique and special about coding and seeing one's ideias become reality with a "simple" line of code.
I know what you are thinking... "SIMPLE?? Hummm Hummm...Have you forgotten about "addEventListener" or "function whatIsWrongWithMyCode"???"
No I haven´t! And yes, I will have to admit that it was not that simple all the times...

As an absolute beginner to coding, I was a bit nervous about starting this course. The videos by teacher Matt are laid down in a carefully thought out step-by-step logic, followed by published resources and individual challenges that help you organize and cement the new knowledge. Once you get started your confidence starts to build up as you see what you are learning transferred into reality, its really gratifying.
Also, a really quality support team available to the students works ...As an absolute beginner to coding, I was a bit nervous about starting this course. Great Experience
I loved the SheCodes workshop. It's an excellent introduction to coding. Matt is a great teacher, and the videos are easy to understand. A big plus for the challenges as you can easily put in practice all that you have learned during each lesson. I had lots of fun doing this course, and I encourage everyone to give it a try!
