    Nucamp is Great!

NuCamp is an affordable way to learn to develop front end websites with a flexible schedule that works for me, which is saying something because I care for 2 kids and work full-time. The instructors are excellent and the cirriculum is worthy of your time and teaches the content well.  One or two aspects of the cirriculum seem to be about 1-2 years behind and could be updated to improve, but all of the material we learned is still very much relevant, useful, and fun!

    Great Program!

I just finished the Bootstrap course in the Full Stack Web and Mobile Development program and after my experience so far I would not change my decision to commit to Nucamp! Great instruction, content and projects that build on one another. There is nothing like this for the price!

    Full Stack Web + Mobile

I enrolled to Nucamp's Full Stack Web + Mobile Bootcamp because of their great reviews, affordable price, and flexible schedule. But I did not know that their instructors are so awesome. I'm very pleased with my decision to attend their bootcamp, and I look forward to completing it.

    Awful Instruction

The weekly learning was great, but the weekend instruction by [name redacted] was absolutely awful. Our instructor did not speak English well and he had no concept of time management whatsoever.  He repeatedly got frustrated with us not understanding him and had repeated issues with his PC and zoom not cooperating with him. He would berate us for "looking bored" and act like it was the student's fault he is a terrible instructor who is impossible to follow.

    I was...

Python Fundamentals, Data Structures, and Algorithms

I enrolled in Nucamp because it provided me with the opportunity to interact with others and an instructor.  The problem I had while trying to learn Python on my own was that whenever I got stuck on a particular problem, I either didnt know how to look for a solution or could not find a solution.  With Nucamps way of teaching, it allowed me to bounce questions off other students and instructor.

    Backend Development

My Nucamp experience has been great, as I'm gaining a better understanding of Python, how to use algorithms and data structures. With tons of practice and building projects, I continue to become more comfortable with backend development.

    Python Backend first section review

So far the materials covered have been great, but I do with they had spent more time diving deeper into the more complex topics like OOP and algorithms.

    NuCamp is a fantastic bootcamp

I'm a DoorDash driver. I never finished college, having dropped out during my senior year when my best friend hung herself. I've always been very poor, working one dead-end job after another. I drove the entire year last year, and this year so far too, delivering food to people locked away in their houses during the Pandemic. A lot of these people were tech workers, living in really nice, huge houses, staying at home and just working through zoom meetings. One night I delivered pizza to ...

    Backend with Python

I wanted to get hands-on experience in Python while learning and revisiting Data Structures in Python. The course content and hands-on experience with workshops and hands-on assignments has been really good for my learning experience.
