Springboard is an online learning platform that prepares students for the tech industry’s most in-demand careers with comprehensive, mentor-led online programs in software engineering, data science, UI/UX design, cybersecurity, tech sales, and more. All Springboard courses are 100% online, remote, and self-paced throughout an average of 6-9 months. Springboard acts as a support system, coach, and cheerleader for working professionals who are ready to level-up or make a major career shift. Students have access to a unique community of industry mentors, thought leaders, and alumni, who are on hand to offer insights, networking opportunities, and support throughout the program and well past graduation. To apply, applicants fill out an online form, take an aptitude test, then talk with a school representative about their background and motivations. For the data science career track a background in statistics and/or programming is required. For the UX career track, students should have academic or professional background in user design or development-oriented fields.
Before graduation, Springboard’s career services team supports students in their job search, helping prepare them for interviews and networking, and facilitates their transition into the tech industry. Springboard's programs are backed with a job guarantee.
Springboard’s support does not end when students graduate. All graduates benefit from an extensive support network encompassing career services, 1:1 career coaching, networking tips, resume assistance, interview prep, and salary negotiation. This course was great because as a freelance web designer, my schedule isn't consistent week to week. Since the course is flexible, you are able to do as much or as little of the work each week to make it work for you.
I was left with an amazing portfolio piece on the entire process of UX Design and have been offered multiple positions since completing the course. I also felt extremely comfortable in the interviews as I was confidently able to walk through the ENTIRE UX Design process since I had gone through every piece.

This 6-month program ended up taking me 9 months to complete - it's no light-duty bootcamp, and really I think the term "bootcamp" doesn't quite fit. Insightful, Tangible, and Fruitful
The curriculum was not daunting and truly set you up for fruition in the Comp TIA Security+ exam. The most illuminating part of Springboard was the advice and motivation provided by my Mentor. Data Analytics Track: Great Opportunity to learn the basics of the career
I had an overall positive experience here in that the basics and essentials were covered by the curriculum. The course material was relevant and was set in real business-like environments. I found lots of help with their online slack community, which provided quick answers to any questions I had. I do think the mentor program was helpful in making sure I was accountable with the program to graduate within the set timeline I had. Overall, it was a great learning experience.
